Restaurant Partner Agreement

This agreement is entered into between the Restaurant Partner and BAIFI Analytics & Defense LLC, operating under the trade name Klean Eats.

This agreement applies to every restaurant listed on Klean Eats. By creating a restaurant account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

Restaurant representations

• Menu information is accurate.
• Ingredient information is accurate.
• Pricing is accurate.
• Pickup times are accurate.
• The restaurant complies with all applicable local health regulations.
• The restaurant maintains all required licenses and permits.
• Allergen disclosures are complete and accurate.

Ingredient transparency

Klean Eats is built on ingredient transparency. Restaurants must not misrepresent sourcing claims (organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised, wild-caught, seed-oil-free, etc.). Klean Eats may request supporting documentation at any time.

Orders and fulfillment

The restaurant is the seller of record and is responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders accepted through the platform.

Fees

Platform fees and payout terms are described separately in your account dashboard or partnership agreement.

Suspension and termination

Klean Eats may suspend or remove restaurants that misrepresent ingredients, repeatedly cancel orders, violate health regulations, or otherwise breach this agreement.
