Klean Eats is owned and operated by BAIFI Analytics & Defense LLC. Information collected through the Klean Eats platform is managed by BAIFI Analytics & Defense LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Klean Eats collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Klean Eats you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email, password (stored encrypted).
Order information: items ordered, restaurant, pickup/delivery details, order history.
Restaurant information: for restaurant partners — business name, address, menu, and ingredient details.
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, and basic analytics about how the site is used.

How we use information

To create and operate your account.
To process and fulfill orders with partner restaurants.
To send transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, account notifications).
To detect fraud and abuse.
To improve the platform.

What we do not do

Klean Eats does not sell personal information.
Klean Eats does not share customer information with third-party advertisers.
Klean Eats does not store full credit card numbers. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.

Service providers

We share the minimum information needed with service providers who help us run the platform — for example Stripe (payments), our cloud infrastructure provider, and our email delivery provider. They are contractually required to protect your information.

Restaurants

When you place an order, the restaurant receives the information needed to fulfill it (your name, order contents, and contact details).

Your choices

You can update or delete your account information from Account Settings.
To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email privacy@kleaneats.com.

Children

Klean Eats is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or in-app.
