Refund Policy

Because restaurants prepare food to order, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis through Klean Eats support.

You may be eligible for a refund if

  • Your order was not received.
  • The wrong order was received.
  • The restaurant cancelled the order.
  • There was a substantiated food-quality issue.

How to request a refund

  1. Open the order in My Orders.
  2. Use the "Report an issue" option or email baifi@baifisystems.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
  3. If possible, include a photo.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Not eligible

  • Change of mind after the restaurant has begun preparing your order.
  • Subjective taste preferences without a substantiated quality issue.
